A farewell open house for Michael Cooley, outgoing Greene County Extension coordinator, will be held Tuesday, Nov. 11, from 4 to 6 pm.
Cooley has served as county Extension coordinator since March 2011. He is re-locating to Fort Collins. CO, to join his wife, Dr. Crystal Cooley, while she is in a veterinary residency program at Colorado State University. Cooley will be the hospital manager at VCA Fort Collins Animal Hospital. His last day with Extension will be Nov. 18.
Community members are invited to join County Extension Council and staff for refreshments at the Extension office, 104 W. Washington in Jefferson.
